All intellectual property rights in the bee2bee.ae platform — including the source code, database structure, user interface, design system, brand identity, the bee2bee.ae name and logo, written content, and all documentation — are owned exclusively by I T D INNOVATION INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (“ITD”). All rights are reserved.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, resold, sub-licensed or used to build a competing service without ITD’s prior written consent.

Suppliers and buyers retain ownership of the content they upload — company details, product and service listings, images and documents — and grant ITD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and promote that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the marketplace.

bee2bee.ae is a marketplace that introduces buyers to suppliers and service providers. ITD is a facilitator: it is not a party to any contract of sale formed between a buyer and a supplier, does not take custody of goods, and does not act as agent for either side.

Accounts must be registered with accurate company information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. ITD may suspend accounts that publish misleading listings, misuse buyer contact data, or breach these terms.

Prices, stock levels, lead times and certifications are supplied by suppliers. ITD does not warrant their accuracy and encourages buyers to verify specifications, licences and certificates before committing to a purchase.

We collect the information you provide when registering, publishing listings, submitting requests for quotation, and using the platform, together with technical data such as IP address and device information for security and analytics.

When you submit a request for quotation, your name, company, email, phone number and requirement are shared with the supplier you contacted so they can respond. That is the core purpose of the service.

Data is stored in the United Arab Emirates and handled in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Personal data may be processed in ITD’s accounting and customer-relationship systems for invoicing, support and sales follow-up.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting ITD. Marketing messages always include an unsubscribe option.

Memberships are sold as annual or pay-as-you-go subscriptions. Each plan states the number of buyer leads included per month and per year; usage is shown in the supplier portal.

A lead that is unreachable or clearly outside the supplier’s stated categories may be credited back to the supplier’s allowance on request. Lead volume depends on buyer demand and is not guaranteed.

The Corporates plan includes a money-back guarantee if, after three months of active use with complete listings, the supplier has received no qualified leads. Subscriptions renew only with the supplier’s confirmation; VAT is charged at the prevailing UAE rate.

Suppliers may connect their own ERP or accounting system to synchronise stock levels and prices. Credentials for those systems are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are used solely to perform the synchronisation the supplier configured. They are never displayed again after saving and are never shared with other users.

bee2bee.ae transmits membership, invoicing, payment and customer-relationship records to ITD’s Odoo enterprise resource planning system, which serves as the accounting and CRM backend for the platform. That system is operated by ITD under the same terms and privacy notice as set out on this page.

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of data pushed from their own systems and may revoke API keys or disconnect an integration at any time from the supplier portal.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ITD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from use of the platform, from dealings between buyers and suppliers, or from the failure of a third-party system connected by a supplier.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the membership fees paid by the affected party in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available under applicable law.
