Buyer Protection

Buyer Protection combines the other bee2bee.ae services into one commitment: verified suppliers, inspected goods and protected payment.

Suppliers carrying the verified badge have had their trade licence and VAT registration checked. Payments made through Secure Payment are held until the buyer confirms the goods match what was agreed. Where onsite inspection was booked, the assessor’s report is the reference point for that confirmation.

If goods are not delivered, or differ materially from the agreed specification, the buyer can raise a claim and recover the protected amount.
