The company exists, trades legally, and the activity on the licence matches what it wants to list. A licence for foodstuff does not let you sell scaffolding.

Any company can register for free and browse. Listing products is different: buyers on this platform are sending five and six-figure orders to people they have never met, and the badge is the only thing standing between them and a website.

The process
What we check, and why
VAT certificate
The TRN is real and belongs to this company. It is the number that appears on every quotation, and a wrong one makes the buyer’s tax return wrong too.
Establishment card
The company is registered with immigration and can legally employ the people who will pack and ship the order.
ID of the authorised signatory
A named person stands behind the account. Someone has to be answerable when an order goes wrong, and "the company" is not a person.
The fifth check
A live video from the licensed address
You walk the premises with the camera running. The device records where it is at the moment you start, and the position and the video are sent together in one request.
- The position is taken before the camera opens.Recording first and locating afterwards would let someone film in one place and submit from another.
- A fix worse than 100 metres is refused.That could be the next street, and a badge meaning "somewhere in Dubai" means nothing.
- Nothing is stored on our servers on the way.The file goes straight to encrypted storage and only the key is posted.
