Trade licence
The company exists, trades legally, and the activity on the licence matches what it wants to list. A licence for foodstuff does not let you sell scaffolding.
Four checks
Any company can register for free and browse. Listing products is different: buyers on this platform are sending five and six-figure orders to people they have never met, and the badge is the only thing standing between them and a website.
The process
The company exists, trades legally, and the activity on the licence matches what it wants to list. A licence for foodstuff does not let you sell scaffolding.
The TRN is real and belongs to this company. It is the number that appears on every quotation, and a wrong one makes the buyer’s tax return wrong too.
The company is registered with immigration and can legally employ the people who will pack and ship the order.
A named person stands behind the account. Someone has to be answerable when an order goes wrong, and "the company" is not a person.
The fifth check
You walk the premises with the camera running. The device records where it is at the moment you start, and the position and the video are sent together in one request.
Two to three minutes
Filmed on the phone, from the door to the stock. Most applications are decided the same working day.
The first four hundred companies to pass verification list free for three months with five leads a month. When the window closes the listing is hidden, never deleted — everything you entered is still there when you choose a plan.
